terms and conditions

As of March 2011.

Definition:

"The Client" is the company paying (either directly or indirectly through a third party agency) for their advertising content to be created by admoogle Ltd.

1.Once The Client has approved the advert content in writing, payment of the pre-agreed fee is to be made in full prior to the master advert file being delivered.

2.Upon full receipt of payment, the advert file will be delivered immediately in a simple "upload ready" format via www.dropbox.com.

3.admoogle Ltd. makes no guarantee of the financial value of any revenues generated by the advertising content it creates.

4.admoogle Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise due to any errors made either by The Client or their appointed agencies in relation to the maintenance of their web site and/or the web site of third parties on which The Client chooses to place their "advertising content."*

*Any advertising content that admoogle Ltd. has been commissioned to create at any time for and by The Client.

5.The Client consents that they have full rights to the use of any assets they supply to admoogle Ltd. including, but not limited to logos, web pages, images, video content and strap lines.

6.admoogle Ltd. creates and owns (or in some cases pays for) the copyright on any additional content over and above any Client assets supplied for the creation of all advertising content admoogle Ltd. delivers.

7.admoogle Ltd. will therefore not be held responsible for any content rights issues should they arise.

8.There is no charge for The Client to have as many proofs as they need to get the bespoke advert content exactly as they require it.

9.The Client is not under any obligation to accept the advert until they confirm their full approval of the advert content in writing to admoogle Ltd.

10.The Client advert content approval email must include the unique advert reference code that admoogle Ltd. provide together with the proof number.

11.admoogle Ltd. is entirely independent of any digital distribution channel but it strictly adheres to all "acceptable content" policy guidelines for Google, YouTube, Facebook
and Twitter.

12.admoogle Ltd. reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.

13.admoogle Ltd. commits to publishing the most current version of its' terms and conditions.These are easily accessible via the "terms" button on the home page of its' web site www.admoogle.tv.

14.The Client (and where relevant its' appointed agency) agree that they have read and accept the admoogle Ltd. terms and conditions listed above prior to commissioning admoogle Ltd. to create any advertising content.
